Services

Practical tools. Deeper understanding.

Therapy that is tailored to the person or relationship, not reduced to a diagnosis or a one-size-fits-all method.

01

Individual therapy

Therapy offers a place to speak openly, feel understood, and explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we work toward a deeper understanding of why certain feelings, difficulties, or patterns arise and what keeps them going. Alongside conversation, we will work with emotions as they emerge in the room, learn new ways of responding, and draw on tools from a variety of evidence-based approaches. The work is shaped around you, your goals, and what helps you make meaningful changes.

  • Understand the experiences and patterns behind your difficulties
  • Connect with your emotions and learn new ways of responding
  • Learn and practice tools you can use in everyday life
03

Sex therapy

Sex therapy offers a respectful, nonjudgmental space to talk openly about thoughts, feelings, and experiences that can be difficult to discuss elsewhere. Together, we work to understand and address sexual difficulties, whether you’re struggling to experience sex in the way you want or feel out of control of your sexual behaviors. Sessions often include education, exploring thoughts and feelings related to sex, understanding emotional blocks, practical tools, and exercises to try privately between appointments, tailored to your goals and comfort.

  • Address sexual difficulties and behaviors that feel out of control
  • Reduce pressure and build greater comfort, pleasure, and connection
  • Explore changes through culturally sensitive therapy that respects your beliefs and values
